People don't want to use their limited paid time off for home projects, which means most people never get around to painting at all. For Behr, that's a real obstacle. So we introduced a new kind of PTO: Paint Time Off. We gave people the chance to earn paid days off work to paint their house.

To earn the days off, people just had to show us their most creative OOO messages.
