The Dream Gap Project — Barbie's research and education initiative on closing the confidence gap for girls, in partnership with UCLA's Center for Scholars & Storytellers.

Research covered how gender expectations influence children's leadership ambitions, how girls view leadership as advocating for self and others, and how the Dream Gap curriculum, hosted by YMCA Massachusetts, boosted students' social-emotional development.
